Book For Less Direct is a direct contractor and corporate accommodation platform. We help landlords generate longer-term direct bookings from contractors, corporate guests, insurance clients and relocating professionals, without relying on traditional Airbnb or Booking.com platforms. We are not a property management company. Landlords retain full operational control of their properties.

We have worked with over 50 properties during the past four years, both for our own portfolio and on behalf of landlord clients. Throughout that time, our core focus has been generating longer-term contractor, corporate, and professional guest bookings to maximise occupancy, increase revenue, and reduce reliance on traditional short-stay demand. Book For Less Direct has evolved from that experience. Having seen first-hand the benefits of direct contractor and corporate bookings, we are now expanding that model across our growing network of landlord partners. Our target is to onboard 200 properties within the next twelve months across our ten active locations.

We are currently active in Brighton, Bristol, Bath, Bournemouth, Southampton, Portsmouth, Taunton, Bridgwater, Yeovil and Exeter. We will be expanding across additional locations throughout England in due course.

No. We do not charge guests a booking fee. The rate you pay is the rate quoted. There are no platform service fees added at checkout.

Bookings placed through Book For Less Direct are handled directly, outside Airbnb, Booking.com and other OTA platforms. All bookings are made directly through our website or by phone and email. There are no platform commissions, no algorithm-dependent visibility and no platform terms dictating the booking relationship. Our guests pay us directly, we manage the booking process, and landlords receive confirmed bookings to manage themselves.
